I was given the wrong location for a meeting and ended up at Cafe Marrese by mistake. It turns out it was one of those mistakes that ends up enhancing your day. I met the owner, Allen,, and we spoke for a bit before I got the notification that the meeting venue had changed. I had to leave a little quickly, but Allen was so nice and the place looked nice as well; I decided I'd come back today to have some coffee before a meeting in the area.
Delicious coffee! Food is also great quality, a little on the pricey side so definitely not a weekly place to eat at. Otherwise I would recommend you to stop by! Their grilled cheese sandwich with the tomato basil soup is delicious! Last time I ordered the breakfast wrap, was good too.
Hands down best coffee in Houston in my experience. I'm from Australia and I've had coffee in Indonesia, PNG, Angola, and many other places known for high quality coffee and these guys are on par.
Great tasting coffee, and the staff was friendly. It's nice comfortable environment and the aesthetics are really nice. There are plenty of meeting rooms as well for private get togethers or business networking. I'll be back for sure when in the Cypress area.
