It is a bit pricey $40.00 a night for what you get which is only a very small site to park a 40 foot motor home. I did over 2,000.00 dollars worth of damage to my motor home getting into my parking spot. Had to stay three extra days getting my motor home repaired. The RV tech is here now fixing the damages. Most of the spots are filled with permanent renters. There are NO facilities here at all. Don't try to park at night because this place is pitch black no lights. This place is old and the parking spots are only big enough for very small travel trailers like 24 ft.

This place is is the most worst RV park we have ever come across. They boost of the most cleanest bathrooms.. well every time we HAD to stay there...they put a sign up that it is closed for renovations...well this has been over 6 months...it is like a fish bowl..they do not offer anything...even the laundry room is shut down. That is ONLY to everyone except for her creepy man friend who lurks around carring a cereal box. The one time we stayed before she closed the bathroom..as she boosts about having the cleanest bathrooms you will ever see..SO wrong..it was so filthy and black mold..she can not even supply toilet paper..this place ranks ..the worst rv park in Texas..DONT GO!!!!!
