Very pleased with the service. I called last minute and they came out the next morning. David Foster and 2 others arrived on time and were very gentle with my parents belongings. Thanks and will use these guys again!
We had a complicated move and received excellent, on time service with absolutely no damage to any of our belongings. Additionally, the cost was VERY resonable.
My knowledge that everything has been handled and with such swiftness on the owners part changes my two stars to a very impressed five. Having someone take the time and initiative to walk me through my grievances shows me how much pride they have in their company and that they really want the best for their customers. Faith restored, would absolutely hire again, would recommend 100%.
Through extensive communication David was able to take my confusion and frustration and explain in-detail the logistics of moving, the time frame that could be expected with our kind of move and the typical break that the movers get in between loading and unloading. David assured me that the individuals in question have since been reprimanded for any wrongful or careless behavior and he even offered to assist us with furniture repair.
First class movers in Houston was fantastic! Keneth was very professional, I hired Keneth and his assistant to help me load my uhaul truck. Nothing was damaged when we unloaded the truck in Lubbock TX!!! Being a geologist with a rock collection....I had some pretty heavy boxes which was NO PROBLEM for these guys. Would recommend to a friend or use them again in a heart beat, if I still lived in Houston!
David and his crew did a fantastic job of moving some very heavy furniture through limited spaces with great skill and carefulness. They arrived early, were very well prepared and listened to my concerns before anything was moved. They discussed the best ways to move the large, heavy items and coordinated each step of the process. I was quoted a price over the phone before the move and the price that I paid was exactly what I was quoted. No hidden fees or last second charges! I will be using their service for future moves and I recommend them to anyone.
Since posting an unhappy review earlier this week, which included a chatty mover, furniture damage, inactive behavior, and foul language, I have been contacted by David from 1st Class Moving.
