I really liked this theater. 8 out of 10 times I come it's pretty good. Since Regal has taken over I have noticed a good amount of the employees are high school kids that don't really care too much about their jobs. I see them huddled up talking while the floors are littered with trash and the seats and swing out tables are sticky and aren't wiped down very well. To pay $23 for two seats I expects my seats to be clean and sanitized.
I love the the new seats. They almost remind me of school desks with the mini table that can be moved to the side. No more having to deal with arm rests that may or may not drop your drink. The screen is super big which makes you almost feel like you're in the action. The margaritas are pretty decent. They do have a full bar. Also more than just the average concession stand. There are many food choices. The tickets are decent priced. All around great experience
The theater is more than perfect. It was awesome as my first experience was Thor Ragnarok in IMAX 3D. It was awesome but the 3D wasn't as good as it could have been because the movie was not shot in 3D. Still the theater was awesome. I also enjoyed the arcade. The cafe looks nice though I didn't try the food.
The venue is great. Service as expected for a movie theatre. The only issue I truly have is HUGE. I have 2 teenage children that don't want to watch the same movies as my wife and I. So, i allow them to go see their show while we watch ours. Apparently, it's customary for this facility to make children wait outside at the end of the night while their parents are still inside watching a movie. I can understand the place needs to clean up. But sending a 14 & 15 yr old outside at 11:30 on a weekend while we're sitting inside, makes ZERO sense to me. The amount of money we've spent here shouldn't & doesn't matter. But, the liability of sending children outside to wait is beyond my comprehension of reasonable. I get that a movie theatre isn't a daycare. But, when two kids are standing at a table waiting on their parents, this should mean something to management. And it didn't. A very unfortunate and saddening rule they have there at the close of business. Oh, you're parents are still here. Oh well, u still need to wait outside while we stand inside in a safe zone with these constables. Completely ridicules.
Great location. Good food and drinks. Comfortable seats and short lines. I just wish they had more employees working the concession. Would've made the previews.
