My experience here was good. The room was clean and looked nice. The parking lot was a decent size, there is free breakfast, a business center, gym, pool, and pantry. Happy with my stay and would stay again.
The first time stayed here, the hotel had just opened and everything was so clean and fresh, brand new. We have since stayed several times and have always been very pleased. It's quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff is very accomodating. Snacks, drinks, and microwaveable meals are available if you want them, breakfast was included with our room, and even though it is in a fairly quiet area, there are many outlets for shopping nearby. When visiting relatives there, we always stay at the Tomball Holiday Inn Express.
Absolutely first class staff. Top notch facilities. I was in a desperate situation, left homeless by Hurricane Harvey, and these fine people went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. I will never forget their generosity and their kindness.
Nice hotel, we stayed here when we were going to the renassaince festival this year. It's only 18 miles away and every one there was friendly
My family and I stayed here because of its proximity to the Texas Ren Fest and Houston. The location is good, but their parking lot isn't as big as you might expect. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff is friendly, polite, and professional. Their breakfast was good, but not spectacular. The only issue outside besides the small parking area was the strong cigarette smell right outside the main entrance. Very noticeable and foul smelling. Also, despite our room being clean and well maintained there was a lot of noise starting around 4am. While my family slept okay I did not. If we decide to stay here again we will definitely not have the same room. I only posted pictures of the room because the outside and lobby look exactly the same as other Holiday Inn Express locations of similar size in the area.
