Worst hospital experience ever!! I will NEVER recommend anyone here! I honestly feel sorry for the people that are in worse shape than me and have to suffer because of the short staff and ridiculous so called nurses. I’ve been to better hospitals and I have never been through a bad experience. Do NOT come to this hospital!! Methodist and Memorial Hermann are a better hospital with caring staff.

I had to continue asking questions and clarifying things for her to the staff. I had to follow up repeatedly after being left without a word or update on what was going on. I had to ask that they give her some medicine for her symptoms. This is an ER. You should know what to do to make someone feel better, but don't prescribe, recommend, or explain anything to your patient except telling them that they won't die. I'm glad, but come on...

After some consideration, I've decided to give this hospital a 1 star review.

Some "labs" billed us 3k and you charged our insurance 7.5k for a few simple tests. We spent maybe 10 minutes with staff altogether, and the tests done here cost next to nothing at our PCP. Then you tell us that my wife should describe her symptoms better if she wanted better treatment? No thanks. This is definitely a money pit, and while there are great employees here, it felt like so many mistakes were made for such a great cost.

Terrible service!! I waited while the receptionist was chatting with another employee then walked away from the desk. I then saw a sign that said to take a number so I did and took a seat. When the receptionist came back a man had come in and walked up to the desk. She took him right away. Afterwards she said "who's next?" I went up to the desk and told her what I was there for. She got papers together and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited about 30 minutes before I got registered. The receptionist neglected to tell me I was supposed to go through the papers, read them, and initial or sign them. It was then another 40 minutes before I was taken back to get my ultrasound. My ultrasound was scheduled for 10:30 but was not done until 11:10. The receptionist was very cold and indifferent and did not make eye contact or call me by my name. The registration clerk was ok, but not very thorough. I had to request papers that should have been in the packet. The ultrasound technician was the only saving grace. She was polite and friendly and explained everything she was going to do. Had it not been for her I would have rated 1 star instead of 2. I hope I do not have to use this hospital again. Many years ago, when I used them, they were so much better. What a disappointment!! I definitely do not recommend this hospital!!

I have been to Tomball Regional Medical Center ER twice this year. My last visit was last night. Both times I waited less than 30 minutes. I received quality care from qualified nurses and doctors. Everyone, including non-medical staff were courteous and kind. The billing person brought me a warm blanket after she noticed I looked cold. The lady who did my CT scan gave me another warm blanket. Everyone, even the security staff, go above and beyond to assure patients are not neglected.

ER = terrible

My wife was feeling terrible and had some strange chest pains and was feverish, saying her blood felt hot. I've never seen her like that before, so I drove her to Tomball Regional to get her taken care of. The wait was rather quick (1am in the morning) but from there it all went downhill.

Labor & Delivery = AMAZING! Truly angels! I loved, loved, loved my 4-day stay there! They held my hand and made me feel like I was the only woman in the world who had ever given birth. I cried when I left because they made me feel so comforted. As a new mommy I felt beyond comfortable leaving my little on in the nursery as I slept. They cared for him and I as they would their own family. I cannot say enough good things!!!
