I'm relieved that I was not the only one - No greeting as we came or thanks as we left. Fabulous furniture but unfriendly staff means we probably won't come back. Unfortunately the staff at the door speaks for the rest.
Nice quality, good selection. Long wait times. We ordered something on the showroom floor, then were later told it was already sold and that they could order another one for us that would only take 4-6 weeks to get here. It took 3 months, and they only thing they did for us was give us free shipping (we had already had shipping included)...I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it would have been that long to get here, we have a baby due in three days and I wish this was done two months ago when it was supposed to be here.

Beautiful.. Beautiful.. Beautiful furniture. I've purchased my dining room set and my new couch there. Can't go wrong there. Nice selection and good prices.
I went with young children, I was looked at crazy and hurriedly past by staff who were asking others around me if they needed help finding anything. The showroom is stunning the prices were average to high. However, the staff did not make me or my family feel welcomed.
