Im actually very disappointed that I have to write this. Ive shopped at this store for a long time, always have used my Kohls card. I gave my CC to my partner who happens to be a man, to buy a new wallet. The associate informs him that he cannot purchase the wallet because his name is not on the card. That, I can understand for security reasons, Im in retail as well and have the same policy. What upsets me is the associate told him to call me and add him on the account. I takr time out of a business meeting to do this, and am told that he still will not be able to purchase..? Then why am I doing this? Finally, you guys humiliated him by talking about him over the walkie talkies where everyone could hear and had several people coming up and staring at him as if he was doing something wrong. Im so mad about this, im paying off my last bit on the card, and will never shop at Kohls again. Completely disrespectful.
