I wouldn't recommend this place for carpet shampooing or even washing, but they did a decent job waxing.
Now the girl inside needs an attitude adjustment. God bless you child may God give you a Smile, it would make you feel better. Life to short Smile at a stranger you never know what kind of day someone has had a Smile makes the world go round Peacefully.

Asked for one thing: vacuum the inside. They failed to do that. Pointed it out and they did it again. There is still pet hair all over. Thanks guys, you saved me the 5 minutes it would have taken me to do a terrible vacuuming job myself. Now I still have to actually do a good job with an hour less time than I had before.
Got my car shampooed there about 2 weeks ago and they left my carpets pretty wet so I had to keep my windows rolled down while it was sunny and that didn't seem to help so I took it back and they basically said, "That water didn't come from the job we did because we would "NEVER" leave a car that wet and even if I showed the manager, he would know the water came from you and not us and that you might've left your windows down while it was raining." I knew I wasn't going to change their mind on the job they did so I paid again to get my car detailed and this time they didn't leave my carpets as damped, but there were parts of my car that didn't look like got washed, but the parts they did were outstanding.
Only good to get the bugs knocked off. No matter what package you get, you will only receive a half assed effort.
This place is no good. I've taken my black mercury marauder twice and both times I've had new scratches show up on my vehicle. I talked to the sales person about the situation and the only response I got was that" no other car has come out with scratches so it's not possible that our car wash did that". I was polite about it and asked if they wouldn't mind buffing the scratch by hand with wax to see if that would work. NOPE. A Long with that, they didn't wipe my chrome exhaust tips. Windshaild is still dirty. Door jambs as well. I had to ask an employee for a rag to wipe down my exhaust tips and to wipe off they rest of the water on the vehicle. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!. REPLACE WITH A BETTER COMPANY AND EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES.
